Sometimes, we may be harshest towards ourselves.
We can be our worst critic… Would you agree?
And yet, the reality is the person whom we spend the majority of our time if not all of our time even, is ourselves.
24/7 we are with ourselves. HAHA!
Today, our meditation exercise involves appreciating ourselves – as we are already.
What do you appreciate about yourself – as you are?
Let’s begin with things you like about yourself.
Then let’s transition into things that you would like to congratulate yourself for.
